Delays

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Velour White is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Velour White is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
